Anger of the gods is not very effective in this deck so i'm doing this.

True, neither of them need to be there. Should I replace them with 4x Utter End ?

Similar to what Peccavi mentioned. I feel like the deck has a bunch of good cards in it, but they are not quite all working together. I think you first want to figure out what the deck's focus is.
Is it an aggressive beatdown deck? Then you are going to want to lower the curve and up the creature creature count.
Is it a warrior deck? More warriors.
Is it a more controlling deck? Then you want to cut some of the lackluster creatures and just be wincons and removal.
Just a few general things on top of that. 20 lands is very low for the spell you currently have, especially with no scry to help smooth and find them. 20 lands will have a very hard time finding lands 4 and 5 on time. The list as is probably wants at least 24 lands. Additional lands also help with another issues which is getting to your color requirements. Cards like End Hostilities Anger of the Gods and Searing Blood really stretch the mana base unless you're using enough dual lands. While you can cheat the numbers a little bit depending on when you think you'll be casting them. In order to have an almost guaranteed RR on T2 or T3 you'd want at least 19-20 sources of red mana, right now it's just 11.

Hmmm. While Zurgo, Ankle Shanker are fun cards, I am not sure they should be used. Perhaps one Ankle Shanker just to stop stalemates. I'd also remove the End Hostilities and the Anger of the Gods as they are Anti Creature and will often be dead cards in your hand. They might save 10% of the time, but I feel like you could replace them with Win Cons. Personally, I'd love to this deck with Elspeths 2, Sarakhon 2, Goblin Rabblemaster 4 and Brimaz 3, especially since they really really work with what you have going on.
+1.
Love to hear feedback on my Sultai Control... What up my naga? NO.
