Mini Update —Oct. 31, 2017
This is a repost of a update I made that is gone now for reason unclear to me. I am currently trying to smooth out this deck. Bump down the CMC and replace niche cards with more broadly useful cards. This came about because there were a lot of cards I never really played and if you do not play them cut them out.
card: Sheoldred the whispered one was a hard cut to make. She is one of my favorite black cards and awesome if you can keep her on the field. However she has no instant effects and is not a great attacker other then being a touch beefy. She just sits there doing her thing. The other problem is that in this deck she is just to expensive to hard cast compared to her effect. So out she goes and in comes Dire Fleet Ravager menace lets him attack, death touch lets him block and his ETB is great with or without the lord of riots. This was a hard cut but I think its for the best.
Palace Siege was an easier cut to make. I love cards that give options when they come down. Utility is just so nice to have, however at five it was just to much for what I was using it for. I only ever picked the bounce effect as the -2 life a turn just was not very good by the time Palace Siege hit the field. Phyrexian Reclamation returns creatures to my hand for so much less that I think it will be a much better choice.

Retreat to Hagra may end up replacing Palace Siege at some point as I continue trying to drop the CMC of this deck. I'm not sure I need more play testing.

Impact Tremors and Retreat to Hagra are both cheap and useful ways to get the initial damage you need through to an opponent to cast rakdos. I've found them super useful in my deck.
