$25 Decks (Mono-Colored)

The idea here is to create five or six balanced decks that can be put together on the cheap, given out randomly, and played for a fun and surprising game of Commander.
Each of these decks feature two-mana, mono-colored commanders and a deck full of cards that cost $0.50 or less. If people like them, they can upgrade them, but they should all play fine as-is.
Commanders include Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, Syr Faren, the Hengehammer, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Aphemia, the Cacophony, Naban, Dean of Iteration, and Daxos, Blessed by the Sun.
