MTG Combo: Aether Vial + Cryptic Command + Eternal Witness

You know, I was looking at some control lists, and could Eternal Command work as a solid control/tempo deck to occupy some of the vacant space? Besides the soft lock, it also runs a great tempo suite (Goyf, Clique, burn, Snappy, etc...) and has the possibility to run the Moon mainboard, though that might hurt consistency a bit.

(For those who don't know Eternal Command, it's a tempo deck with the AEther Vial + Cryptic Command + Eternal Witness combo to counter the first spell an opponent casts each turn, or tap down their creatures, or whatever).
