At the beginning of you end step, choose on that hasn't been chosen —
- Draw a card.
- Each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
- Sol'Kanar the Tainted deals 3 damage to up to one other target creature or planeswalker.
- Exile Sol'Kanar, then return it to the battlefield under an opponent's control.
Quickspell on Exchange of Words between Sol …

I have Sol'Kanar the Tainted an a copy of it on the battlefield, say with Irenicus's Vile Duplication.
This turn, Sol‘Kanar would get exiled, but the copy would remain another turn on the battlefield. I play Exchange of Words, targeting Sol and it’s copy.
Does Sol get exiled this turn because the text is the same? Or do the abilities get reset because the text is a new instance?

I have replaced Crosis, the Purger with Sol'Kanar the Tainted, which reduced the average converted mana cost of this deck from 4.26 to 4.24, which is great, because Crosis simply required too much mana to be effective, so anything that can reduce the mana curve of this deck is very nice.

You can do this. When you control two (or more) triggered abilities that go on the stack at the same time, you get to choose the order they go on the stack. You will put Sol'Kanar the Tainted's ability on the stack first and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling's ability on the stack second. Last in is first to resolve, so Thassa's ability will resolve first. That will exile Sol'Kanar. When Sol'Kanar returns to the battlefield, it is a new object and, though the original Sol'Kanar's ability is still on the stack and will still resolve, it does not "see" the new Sol'Kanar and thus you will not have to give anything to an opponent.

As they both state at the beginning of your end step, can I blink Sol'Kanar the Tainted with thassa and then not have to give him away if it's the last option? Or as he will return to the battlefield within the same turn does that ability resolve?
