FalconForce on Grell Phillosopher with vehicles and …

How does Grell Philosopher interact with vehicles or reconfigure? for example say an opponent has Golden Argosy or Ogre-Head Helm.

Will this attach the philosopher as a piece of equipment that has no effect? (At least, other than protecting it from board wipes) Or will it allow you to sacrifice either itself or the creature it's attached to?

Will Grell allow itself to be crewed even though it won't change? So as to enable free taps or blinks.

TheOfficialCreator what sacrifice card do you think I should add? I could use something like another [Fading Hope], A Little Chat or a [Voltage Surge]. Maybe Ogre-Head Helm with Wedding Invitation?

FrensDJ Thanks for trying it out! I'm happy to know people out there are using this deck. Would you mind telling me which cards and combos worked best for you?

As for upgrades/sideboard, I'm gonna add a couple Ogre-Head Helms because obviously, this being a mono red aggro deck, it lacks card advantage. I think trying to get Cement Shoes to work here is a little too wishful. It would go very nicely on Lizard Blades, but the fact that you can't block with whatever has the shoes equipped is too much of a setback.

I'll start working on a sideboard, although I don't play much BO3 so I'll take as many suggestions as I can get. Thanks again :)

Played this deck at lgs tournament with 13 players finished 8th, :-)

now thinking of some upgrades/ sideboard things to add to it.

perhaps something like Ogre-Head Helm or some Cement Shoes

any other suggestions?

JonRules12 yo, thanks for commenting. I added Ogre-Head Helm primarily because I was experimenting with adding some weak, cheap flyers to the deck and equipping them with things. You could easily replace it with Lion Sash, I just found it a lot slower at becoming potent (in that it has a much higher ceiling but boy does it start out with a low-ass floor). As for By Invitation Only, I caught the board wipe microbe while playing Orzhov and now I can't stop myself. Alternatives are Vanquish the Horde (YMMV as far as what decks it's preferable against) or Sayonara...uh...Farewell, but mana cost of 6 seemed a bit steep for a faster Boros deck. If you want to replace the board wipe element altogether with some other nuke, you could always replace it with walkers, but I am utterly underqualified on that subject as I don't care for walkers at all.

Hey mate. I am a player returning back from huge hiatus. I love the exalted archetype and like your deck idea here. Do you have any suggestions for replacement of Ogre-Head Helm or By Invitation Only? I got to play with Regent's Authority, Light the Way and Lion Sash which were really fun. Any thoughts on the white planeswalker for this archetype?
