I was able to give you advice due to years playing Tuvasa the Sun Enchantress and Wyleth, Soul of Card Draw.
I did see you put some cards from "March of the Machine Commander" into Upgrades upgraded. Did you consider Shalai and Hallar as a leader for that deck? Chishiro, the Shattered Blade is clunky trying to tie three archetypes, and is serviceable in the 99 of S&H.
About Lorehold Succession, I made a list of upgrades for Osgir, the Reconstructor when my friend was trying it out: Osgir Voltron.
Corrupted precon... I don't know much about poison, but Tomer from MTGGoldfish made an upgrade article for Ixhel, Scion of Atraxa that looks spicy. About lightly modified precon, it might be good to stick to the stock decklist to play against other precons or people with lower power decks. The Warhammer Commander aesthetics are unique, and the precon is not weak at all. But in case you want to upgrade it: would you go with Abaddon the Despoiler or another Legend as your commander?
And about The Horrarrr... I'll give it a try. It looks similar enough to Anowon, the Rogue Thief that I probably know what to do with it ;-)
