Bookrook on Card study: fleeting spirit

I was looking through my bulk cards and saw Fleeting Spirit. I really enjoy multiple aspects of the card, enough to do an article. The first thing that I immediately noticed was the self synergy of the two abilities. The first ability removes cards from your graveyard to give itself first strike. The second ability lets you slow flicker it to remove it from combat after first strike damage. The second ability fuels your graveyard with cards, which fuel the first ability, which entices you to use the second ability, which fuels the first one, and so on. In practice however, this isn’t that useful outside of limited. So what can this card do in constructed? It comes back at eot so you can’t combo with it. I’ve gotten the most use out of it as either a discard outlet, as you can hold priority and activate the second ability multiple times to discard multiple cards simultaneously, or as a vs control sideboard card. Control has a very difficult time trying to kill it, as you can just flicker it in response to anything. What do you think about this card?
Gidgetimer on Does Fleeting Spirit trigger Lady …

Fleeting Spirit creates a delayed trigger ability. The trigger condition is "at the beginning of the next end step" and the resolution of the ability is "return (Fleeting Spirit) to the battlefield under its owner's control". Like any other trigger, delayed triggers have to go on the stack and resolve. The check on Lady of Laughter happens at the beginning of the end step. No other end step triggers will have gone on the stack, let alone resolved, before the check happens.

Fleeting Spirit comes back on the end step, but Lady of Laughter’s trigger checks on the end step. If I stack the triggers in a way where I have two Fleeting Spirits enter before Lady of Laughter’s trigger checks for celebration, can I draw a card?
