Seedborn muse is definitely a bit odd and situational-- the main reason its there is because it allows me to bluff instants, the deck desperately needs that 5 CMC creature, it untaps everything if i want to swing out, and as a bonus it can be targetted by Body of Jukai along with Deadeye Navigator . If i had another 5 CMC that was more universally useful, I would run that instead.
One card i've considered replacing it with is Duplicant
