Susan Foreman
Legendary Creature — Time Lord
If you would planeswalk, instead look at the top two cards of your planar deck, put one on the bottom of your planar deck and the other on top, then planeswalk.
: Add .
Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)

I also have a deck with a similar gameplan using Susan Foreman and The Tenth Doctor
, the but with the main differences being I haven't used any of the cascade or cast trigger cards other than 8+ drops, with most of my other beaters being 6-7 drops with interaction or overrun effects.
This means I can use more effects like Genesis Storm and Last March of the Ents that put permanents directly onto the field for more value.

Why Susan Foreman and not Clara Oswald? still gets you green, and shes way more useful than a planechase scry.
