(Were)wolf tribal in EDH. I don't think "Tribal" means "exclusively", and I'm not trying to go for flavor, so I can sleep at night knowing Samut is the commander, not some actual legendary wolf/werewolf. Something I feel I should mention. Most (if not all) werewolves that transform show roughly the same person in the same place. Some cards have a different time (such as day/night) but it is still the same area. Just something I noticed.

As of me adding this comment, Innistrad: Midnight hunt is out. Alas, Tovolar, Dire Overlord   has taken over as the Werewolf commander, outclassing Samut, Voice of Dissent. I keep this deck so that history will remember the creativity that Werewolf players had to exercise when building a tribal deck. The Night of the Werewolves has begun...

Notes: Feel free to run Silverfur Partisan. The only reason I'm not is because cuts had to be made, and the friend I play against most often does not seem to run single-target kill spells (but it does feel like he runs more board wipes and counterspells than the legal number of cards in a deck). | Mayor of Avabruck   was cut to make room for Brutal Cathar  , who allows me to run every type of werewolf in Magic (to my knowledge).

The name is a play on the Powerwolf song, "Werewolves of Armenia"
