I think you need to get rid of the Broken Bond cards and replace with more fight. also missing Scheming Symmetry as the easiest tutor. I like Culling the Weak a little better than D ritual, as you can put a 1 mana scrub like an elf or Ulvenwald Tracker out there and sac him to get your big dude, but ritual is good too..
I mean really, why not just throw a couple old skool Lure in there, Alluring Scent, Revenge of the Hunted, Shinen of Life's Roar, etc..
Arena, though I think it is generally a bad card might actually be decent considering your build is around PO.
Also you maybne think of one card draw engine. Like Phyrexian Arena, etc..

Love the deck Idea!
I have an older deck similar to this. I use Glissa, the Traitor (first strike & deathtouch is a crazy defense wall), deathtouch triggers her ability really well. I use her to recurse Implement of Ferocity for some pump and draw. I then included 1 copy of Viridian Longbow so I can snipe creatures (3 equip cost is hard sometimes when drawing multiple of these so maybe Pathway Arrows is better?). To end games, I enjoy top decking Revenge of the Hunted; it either kills them or wipes their board. Final note, deathtouch crumbles to indestructible so I have 2 copies of Bonds of Mortality; can remove hexproof and indestructible while minimally replacing itself for 2 mana if its not needed.

I totally forgot to say, nice primer! Sorry about the missing hyperlinks. I tried to link the cards, but it did not work. Last try: Revenge of the Hunted Hex Parasite

To premise I have used this deck twice at FNM both times going 2/2/0 Any advice would be great but cheaper is better.
My list: Budget Mono Green Agro for FNM
(a lot of stuff in the maybe board is stuff I really like or have been recommended but haven't figured out where in the deck to put it)
Original list I modified: Budget mono green stompy
Thinking of taking out the Ghaltas, Millitants, and Dismembers for 2 Revenge of the Hunted and 4 Narnam Renegade (in which case I would probably run 8 fetches)
Take a look at the maybeboard and maybe you'll see something even better.
Also I could REALLY use help with the sideboard (I'm trash at sideboards)
I'm thinking of splashing black primarily for removal for example Assassin's Trophy
Thanks for your advice TriusMalarky, wallisface, Balaam__, RNR_Gaming, and DBCooper

Strong black aggro: Predator's Gambit, Unholy Strength, Rime Transfusion, Dark Favor, Sinister Strength, Vampiric Link, Dragon Shadow, and Phyresis.
Good +1/+1 synergy: Animation Module.
Strong green aggro: Revenge of the Hunted, Berserk, Bounty of the Hunt, Root Maze, and Elvish Spirit Guide.
Also consider: Talisman of Resilience, Wild Growth, Oona's Blackguard, Reyhan, Last of the Abzan, Champion's Helm, Sphere of Resistance, and Umezawa's Jitte.
Demarge on Regenerate vs. protection vs. ....

honestly lures are best used when the game is going to end at that point (usually when Overrun is cast) and so the Taunting Elf doesn't need to really live, just keep blockers busy.
Not to say that I haven't enjoyed miracle Revenge of the Hunted onto an Engulfing Slagwurm or Precursor Golem before (still events that end the game), but yeah protection isn't really my thought on something to do with a lure creature.

For the MB, I get an average CMC of 0.88 for all my non-land cards. Keep in mind that Vine Dryad , Bounty of the Hunt , and Land Grant are all free, and Revenge of the Hunted is effectively CMC 1.
In general, I am not worried about these calculations, because the mana curve is effectively flat. If I have an opening hand with one land and a couple creatures, and some pump, then I'm good to go. This deck does require aggressive mulligans though. For example, I am not in the habit of keeping a Land Grant as my only "land" unless I am sure the opponent has no Force of Will or Daze . Even double Land Grant is risky.
JuQ on That Girl Is Poison - budget Hapatra

Witherscale Wurm taking wither damage won't trigger Hapatra, so there is not much point for him in he deck.
Are you really creating enough tokens to make Bloodflow Connoisseur , Bloodthrone Vampire and Carrion Feeder worthwhile? In my experience with myhapatra deck, the snakes are way to valuable to be sacrificed for a mere +1/+1 counter or +2/+2 until EoT on some creature with no evasion.
Fevered Convulsions , and Gnarled Effigy look terribly unefficient, for mana for a -1/-1 is way too much. I used to run Serrated Arrows and Trigon of Corruption but I ended up cutting them, maybe they could work fine in your deck as you are going strong on Proliferate. Now I'm testing Serrated Biskelion but I'm not completely sold on it, you know you never get to draw the cards you are trying out...
Decimator of the Provinces
is also way too costly, even if you emerge it, and all the trouble just for a wide +2/+2 trample; a simple
Overrun
would give you a better bang for your mana.
Predatory Rampage
will wipe most of your oponent's creatures and
Revenge of the Hunted
is a one player board wipe. I also find
Loyal Guardian
to be an underrated card to spread counters on your creatures.
Canker Abomination
will only get you a snake no matter how many counters it gets, so in the best case scenario it would be a 5/5 with one snake for four mana, its not really worth the deck slot. There are many creatures in the Amonkhet block that will do just that but better.
on the evasion department I would definetly cut Tawnos's Wand , Hot Soup has a bit of a drawback, but Hapatra only has toughness 2, so it won't be a big difference anyway and the card is really funny. Trailblazer's Boots is a bit more expensive, but I would still consider it a budget card.
These kind of decks are supper weak against board wipes, so I'd encourage you to include Golgari Charm or Wrap in Vigor .The best card for that task would be Heroic Intervention but it's getting more and more expensive every day.
If you want to check my Hapatra deck, it's this one Hapatra's death hosts
