what will happen if i have a Bow on Nylea on the field and in my declare attackers step i play a fight card

Lets say on the field i have a Nylea, God of the Hunt and a Bow of Nylea and enough devo for Nylea to be a creature In my declare attackers step i declare Nylea as my attacker and then i play an instant like Temur Charm that targets a big creature like Jagged-Scar Archers will it be deathtouch damage or normal damage

It will be deathtouch damage. As soon as you've declared Nylea as an attacker she will have deathtouch. So until something removes Nylea from combat (by a spell or in end of combat step) she will have deathtouch.
