What happens when Skullbriar dies after receiving Bear Umbra + Solidarity of Heroes?

So if I have Skullbriar, the Walking Grave out without any +1/+1 counters on it, then enchant it with Bear Umbra, and then use Solidarity of Heroes on it, how many +1/+1 counter would it have after it is sent to a graveyard?

Zero. Bear Umbra doesn't add counters.

The key thing to know is that a +/- effect only uses counters if it specifically says it does.
