what goes on?

Scenario. I play Eye of the Storm and next turn my opponent plays Possibility Storm What kind of madness would happen if I played Izzet Charm after these enchantments are on the field?

Whomever is the active player (read: whose turn it is) at the time the Charm is played, has that card be either tucked by either Possibility Storm or Eye of the Storm. So if it was your opponents turn and you played the charm, both effects would happen but it would be tucked into your deck before Eye could take it. If you played it on your turn, however, then both effects would happen but Eye would take it and nothing would be tucked by Possibility Storm, but you still get the benefit of playing something for free from your deck.

The second spell that gets played by Possibility Storm, since it wasn't played from your hand, goes under Eye since there is no Possibility Storm activation.

Hope this helps clear things up.

That explanation is a bit backwards since triggers go on the stack in APNAP order and resolve First In Last Out. What would happen on each turn is:

  • Your turn- Both abilities trigger and go on the stack in APNAP order. This means that Possibility Storm resolves first. Possibility Storm will do its thing and you will exile the Izzet Charm and then exile cards until you exile another instant and cast it. Since Eye of the Storm doesn't specify from where you cast to trigger it, it triggers again and exiles the new card and you get the copies. Then the initial Eye of the Storm trigger resolves giving you another copy (the copies aren't dependant upon a card being exiled).

  • Opponents turn- Both abilities trigger and go on the stack in APNAP order. This means that Eye of the Storm resolves first. You do it's effect. Possibility Storm also doesn't care about if a card was actually exiled so you do it until you find an instant. If you cast that instant you get another Eye of the Storm trigger.
