Priority with Conjurer's Closet and the End Step

So my opponent is going to his end step with Conjurer's Closet out, while I have Prime Speaker Zegana soul.bonded to Deadeye Navigator .

He goes to end step, and the trigger goes on the stack. If he chooses not to blink anything, do I still have a chance to blink Zegana before my turn comes up?

Yes. Remember, even after the ability resolves, players must still pass priority in succession over an empty stack in order to end the current step. During that round of priority, you may activate abilities and cast spells.
