Mass ETBs at the same time. Sliver EDH.

So let's say I have a graveyard full of slivers. We'll say about 15 of them, including Harmonic Sliver and Dormant Sliver. If I play Patriarch's Bidding, naming slivers, will all the slivers come back to the battlefield at the same time? Am I required to draw 15 cards, and destroy up to 15 artifacts and enchantments? Or..
Do they enter the battlefield one at a time? Meaning I only draw and/or destroy artifacts and enchantments with the remaining slivers after Harmonic Sliver and/or Dormant Sliver hit the battlefield. Also, if they enter one at a time, do I get to choose how they enter?
I hope that wasn't too many questions for one thread. I just felt they all were relevant enough to fit into one.

They all enter simultaneously and see each other entering the battlefield, they're aware of any other slivers you may control at that time. You choose what order the triggered abilities go on the stack.
