Interaction between Tidehollow Sculler and Wasteland Strangler?

I have two questions, first, can Wasteland Strangler target Tidehollow Sculler's exiled card? And then, if Tidehollow Sculler dies, does your opponent get the card back?

First question: Strangler CAN process the Sculler-ed card, because it is a card in exile.

Second question: No. When Sculler's leaves-the-battlefield ability triggers, it will only look in exile for the card; it does not track it beyond there.

Note that Wasteland Strangler's ability only targets the player. You choose the card in exile when the ability resolves.
