If I use Pyromancer's Goggles to cast Radiant Flames, will the copy deal damage?

I activate Pyromancer's Goggles and use the mana to cast [[Radiant Flames]. Will the copy deal damage (lets say the first copy was x=2)?

What if the spell was Rolling Thunder?

Radiant Flames

The copy of Radiant Flames will not deal any damage because it was not cast. It was created on the stack, so its converge value is 0.

The copy of Rolling Thunder, on the other hand, will deal damage. X values are copiable if they are set by the player as part of the spell's casting process. You declare the value of X for Rolling Thunder, but you do not declare the value of X for Radiant Flames; Radiant Flames calculates its own X value based on other factors.
