If a Commander has no colorless mana cost can I run colorless cards?

I'm looking to make a RBG Commander/EDH deck. While searching for a commander I thought Xira Arien looked interesting, however I am planning on running Endless One in the deck as part of a infinite mana combo. Is this legal or should I look for a different commander?

you should probably look for a different commander regardless. 3 mana for a 1/2 is not good. 3 mana and tapping down your creature to draw a card is also not good.

Yep, colorless color identity cards can go in any commander deck - wouldn't want Kozilek, Butcher of Truth players to have all the Sol Ring fun, now would we?
