if a card is countered through rule 608.2b can guile abuse that?

Say I have Guile on the field and my opponent casts Vindicate, but in response I cast Blossoming Defense, would I then exile Vindicate and be able to cast it myself due to Guile's second effect

No. Guile's replacement effect only applies when you counter a spell with a spell or ability you control. Being countered by game state will will not count.
