How does Medomai work with extra combat steps in a turn?

If I attack with Medomai the Ageless and deal damage, then create a second combat step with World at War where he also does damage, how many extra turns would I get?
Awesome, this makes him an all-star in my Ruhan deck. Thanks a bunch!

Just remember because it only says "Medomai the Ageless can't attack during extra turns" that he can't attack during any extra turns, that restriction isn't limited to extra turns he creates.

You end up with a total of 2 extra turns. Because it isn't specifically written to say otherwise, Medomai's ability will trigger every time it deals combat damage to a player (double strike works pretty well too!).
