If my opponent has a Goblin Electromancer and casts a Pyretic Ritual, is the ritual's converted mana cost 1 or 2? This matters for Chalice of the Void.

Pyretic Ritual still has a CMC of 2. Reducing the cost to cast something doesn't reduce its actual CMC.
