Damnation and Colossus of Akros

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this one but thought I'd double check.

If I wipe the board with Damnation I think it doesn't remove Colossus of Akros because he is Indestructible.

You would be correct. Indestructible prevents a permanent from being destroyed with any destroy effects and prevents creatures from dying from lethal damage.
