Crucible of the Spirit Dragon + Monstrosity Interaction?
Asked by sonicorigami 9 years ago
Can I use Crucible of the Spirit Dragon's third ability to pay for Stormbreath Dragon's Monstrosity cost?

Well, I wasn't sure if Monstrosity was its own thing that was different from other mana activated abilities like the ones on Harbinger of the Hunt that has no specific designation other than a mana cost. Just needed clarification.

No no, I'm sorry. I'm not making fun of you, I was simply being silly. lol it's late and I just got home. That sounded way less assholish when I said it in my head... I apologize

It's ok. I didn't take it as assholish. I understand.

btw, this is a rules question and as such belongs in the Rules Q&A linked to at the top of the page. Epochalyptik or ChiefBell will be around to move it shortly.

If it wasn't clear - Monstrosity is an ability Stormbreath Dragon has. The only difference between it and other abilities is it can only have its effect once.

Is Stormbreath Dragon a dragon? Does it have ability that can be activated?
