Can Spawnsire of Ulamog fetch Brisela? (Can Meld be Casted)

I run Spawnsire in one of my decks and just wanted to know the correct ruling. It does say cast but I'm not sure If you would be able to cast a melded cart.

No, Spawnsire of Ulamog can't cast Brisela, Voice of Nightmares
. While Meld cards aren't DFCs, they're still treated as such and thus are only their front face when not on the battlefield melded. Brisela can't be cast by the Spawnsire's second ability because it doesn't exist outside of the battlefield.
