Can I manifest, then flip an enchantment that has become a creature?

Say I have Starfield of Nyx out, and I get manifest an enchantment. Can I flip it face up, since Starfield of Nyx turns the enchantment into a creature?

I'm going to say no, since the card you manifested (say Glorious Anthem) isn't a creature and you can only flip up Creatures that are manifested.

And, to clarify, Opalescence also doesn't work because the manifested enchantment would only be a creature if it was face-up, right?

A manifested card is a 2/2 colorless creature, that's all. Starfield of Nyx and Opalescence don't affect it in any way. The fact that it would be a creature if you flip it doesn't make a difference whatsoever.

You cannot do that. To manifest a card you must show that the card that has been manifested is a creature card. It doesn't matter what the card will be when it becomes face up only what the characteristics of the card are (specifically that it is a creature card).

701.31b Any time you have priority, you may turn a manifested permanent you control face up. This is a special action that doesnt use the stack (see rule 115.2b). To do this, show all players that the card representingthat permanent is a creature card and what that cardsmana cost is, pay that cost, then turn the permanent face up. The effect defining its characteristics while it was face down ends, and it regains its normal characteristics.(If the card representing that permanent isnt a creature card or it doesnt have a mana cost, it cant be turned face up this way.)

EDIT: It is worth noting that the manifested enchantment can be turned face up just not by paying its manifest cost. The rules only prevent instants and sorceries from being turned face up while they are on the battlefield.
