Can I entwine a card exiled with KTK Narset?

If I attack with Narset, Enlightened Master and exile a card like Grab the Reins or Savage Beating can I pay the entwine cost as I cast the card?
I know I can use kicker, and buyback. Just want to be sure entwine works too.

Epochalyptik You are a gentleman and a scholar as usual. So upon casting a card from exile say Savage Beating I can pay 1 colorless and a red to entwine the card, for both effects?

Yes. You only have to pay the additional cost.The same goes for Kicker, Multikicker and, as I recently learned, Strive.
(At first I thought, from the wording of strive, that you could really choose ANY NUMBER of targets when you cast it for free. This is not true, and it made me sad...)

Yes. You'll still have to actually pay for it because it's an additional cost, but you'll have the option for precisely the same reason.
