Can i cast all my selected creature type for free?

Building a commander deck and want to know the interaction of these two cards.
So if i have Morophon, the Boundless in play Named Dragons and Jodah, Archmage Eternal are my dragons free to play? If yes what is the proper wording I would use to explain it to my play group.

It does allow you to play your dragons for free. Morophon, the Boundless applies a cost reduction that is applied to whatever cost you choose to pay for a spell. Normally, this would be the mana cost, but it could be an alternative cost such as Dash, Evoke, or the one provided by Jodah, Archmage Eternal . Since the alternative cost your choosing to cast with is reduced by it's entire amount, the cost you are left to pay is .
