Bruna's return human/angel step.

Simple question...I cast a Bruna, the Fading Light and retrieve an Aegis Angel, does Bruna's effect make Aegis Angel's static ability not able to target Bruna? Does the target of Bruna's cast trigger enter the battlefield before Bruna?

Note that Aegis Angel's second ability is a triggered ability. Static abilities don't target.

When Bruna is put on the stack (ie cast), her trigger is then put onto the stack, meaning that it resolves before she does. Therefore, Bruna is not a legal target when Aegis Angel enters the battlefield, as it is not yet a permanent on the battlefield.
