Azor and strionic resonator

When someone attacks with Azor, the Lawbringer and triggers his ability, if his ability is copied with Strionic Resonator will they draw double the cards they paid for? Or will they just have a second opportunity to pay into the ability?

The latter. This ability triggers on attacks and reads: "You may pay . If you do, you gain X life and draw X cards."
This is the ability that is copied, and as such copying it will give you a second chance to pay the mana to draw cards and gains life.
