What Happened to the Leagues?

A month ago, maybe two, we had leagues in which people played their decks against each other in two formats: Standard and Modern. I'm looking to get those started up again for sake of bringing the community more together as well as to help those of us looking to play at a higher level play against other people with the same mindset.
Depending on the amount of people who sign up, the tournament could be anywhere between 4 and 8 rounds of Round Robin play. The games would take place on Untap, Xmage, or Cockatrice, depending upon what people have, and they would be played over a series of days. For sake of both training for events and for not running into people's time, the limit for each game would be 50 minutes, enforced by the players of each match. (If both players want to play it out, that is fine, but both players would have to be in acquiescence.)
The format for the game will be Modern.
I would be open to both using or not using the new mulligan rule, but that's up to the community.
If you are interested, post your name below. I'm looking to get at least 8 people to play. The deadline for signing up will be Jul. 24, 2015.
I will need decklists by Jul. 24, 2015. These lists cannot be changed during the tournament.

Scry-ing, drawing more than 1 card, and keeping track of my own life total is impossible on a tablet. If it weren't for that I would be down to try some competitive janky homebrews.
Also, chatting sucks as well on a tablet. The log/chat area disappears when it's not selected. So if people want to communicate it's either skype, irc, or even tappedout chat.

Clokkwork: I'm kind of waiting on a 4th person to sign up for sure. At least with 4 people, we could have a 3 round RR tournament. Play should start on Monday.
As a reminder to you and xzzane: deck lists are due Friday. (Assuming people actually sign up; at least one more...)

NoPantsParade: It's a pretty flexible schedule. It's just one match each day, or every other day. The match length will be 50 minutes. Once there is a set list, I'll have rules and the first date of play up.

I'm attempting to do a Blue Moon/Keranos thing, but I haven't tested it very much. If it's gonna be super competitive I'll just play Scapeshift or something combo-like.

NoPantsParade: We still have three people, but we're looking for more.
Clokkwork: The competitiveness is reasonably high. I know xzzane's BW Tokens competes highly with the top tier decks, and it's probably around Tier 2. My deck is labeled as a Tier 2 deck, and I've been pretty competitive with some top notch decks as well. If NoPantsParade is in, both GR Tron and Jund are Tier 1 at the moment. I'd say that the play level is certainly pretty high, but we aren't expecting you to be a GP-winning player.
I really just wanted a fun way to measure myself against other players and decks.

To answer your question more directly: Homebrews are great, and they definitely challenge people to play out of their comfort zone because you have to be ready to beat something new.

I'm honestly just so sick of playing the "top decks", ya know? Kinda wanted to try something different but it's probably better if I stick to decks I know I assume.

Clokkwork: I understand that sentiment, but at least in Modern, the archetypes are pretty diverse, so you still have to be on your toes, unlike standard.
NoPantsParade: No worries. The deadline has been moved to Monday, so just let us know.
