Tips on 3-color mana-bases? (Non-Green Manabases.)

One of the biggest issues I have had about the Pauper format is that I feel it's color-fixing cards aren't adequate in supporting 3 color decks. Recently however cards like Ash Barrens and Arcum's Astrolabe have been printed into the format and I've been wondering if there's been enough color-fixing options out there that can make 3-color decks viable without getting horribly bogged down with tapped lands. Does anyone have any good tips or card recommendations when it comes to color-fixing in this format?

the only tapland that my four-color manabase plays is 4 copies of evolving wilds. Ash barrens and astrolabe are enough for three-color decks.

well first thing you can do it look at the meta snapshots, many of the lists are just playing 1 to no tap lands thanks to astrolabe.
