Deck ideas

I've been wanting to get into Modern for a while, and was just looking for some suggestions for some deck ideas that strike a good balance between competitive and fun. Green is my favourite colour and currently I'm playing Gruul/Naya Zoo Gruul Smashy. I'm really liking it and and It did alright on Modern Monday at my LGS, but was thinking about branching out and trying different play styles/colours. Any suggestions?

4. U/W/R Control
5. Tron (R/G, Mono-Blue, U/W)
6. Scapeshift
7. Birthing Pod
8. Splinter Twin
9. Infect
10. Storm
11. U/R Delver
12. RUG Delver
13. Merfolk
14. Hexproof
15. G/W Hatebears
16. Faeries

Well there are a few things you're going to have to consider:

1. What do you think you would enjoy?

2. Do you want it to be semi competitive

3. How much are you willing to spend?

Currently I run 2 different decks. A competitive UWR Control deck, and a semi-competitive UR Delver tempo deck. If you want to play blue I would highly recommend shelling out the money for a playset of Snapcaster Mage . He's highly competitive but he's also the greatest fun to play.

Ok, thanks. I think I might try GW Hatebears, or Soul Sisters since they use a lot of cards I already have from my old standard decks, and it shouldn't be too difficult to complete. Pre-ban I was slowly working towards building a BUG Midrange deck, I got everything except bob, Goyf, the fetches, and snappy. So much for that, I'm definitely glad I waited until the ban announcements before getting anything else.
