Could this be a thing? I do like casting remands and spell quellers!
I think its useable and will be seen often in budet delver/wizard builds. I don't think this will be a card that is ran often as a 4x playset but more like how Electrolyze sees play. Not having double blue in the Mana cost and being a hard counter that pings for damage is definitely appealing.

I think Ionize Could end up being a 1-2 of in current Jeski decks, maybe in the SB, in matches where burning your opponent down is the plan. But I think this card might be a little weak for modern as it's just hard enough to cast without anyway to gain substantial advantage that it might not see modern play. I think in Standard it'll be a great card for URx Control decks.
