He can be taught!

Anyways, I wanted a bit more closure in this UR. But Jace meeting Ulamog was pretty intense.

Cuz Jaceplaneswalker - jaceur

+x - draw x cards-x - deal x damage to target creature or player. if this damage would destroy a creature, that creature is regenerated. if this damage would reduce a player's life total below 1, that player's life total becomes 1.

"a jace with only 2 abilities? card sux."

also, on topic, that story was pretty cool. the change of direction it took was exciting, and kudos to them for accomplishing that in such a short piece.

Damn it, Ulamog! You could've killed Jace!

On another note, how on earth can Jace use Pyrokinesis? Did he take a page from the Izzet?

Phaetion he didn't. He just made them think they were on fire. It was totally a power reduction thing game-wise.

I think the important takeaway here is that nissa is now alone on a hunt to reconnect with ashaya. So the story is totally going to ignore that until nissa comes in clutch in the middle of a battle.

Solo-questing Jace, huh? Seems like a lot of fun. Wonder what he'll find at the Eye? Maybe Ugin himself?
