Nicol Bolas's last known whereabouts

What was the big bad dragon planeswalker up to the last time we saw him and where was he heading? Feels like we haven't heard from him in a long time and we are due to hear about his plans and what he has been up to soon. I mean he is a pretty big villain in the storyline so he has to show up again at some point.

No he is alive and kicking. We last see him during Zendikar where he sends Sarkhan to do his dirty work and tricks him into releasing the eldrazi.

Sarkhan released the Eldrazi? And we trusted him to GO BACK AND CHANGE THE TIMELINE OF AN ENTIRE PLANE????? Wizards WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!

kyuuri117 read uncharted realms. he along with jace and chandra were manipulated into releasing them. And it is ugin who brought sarkhan back

why would Ugin bring him back? isnt Ugin like the biggest bad in the game that we have in a card atm

Ugin isn't a bad he's a good. this thread is a mess. Did we see him at all in the new phyrexia story? I can't remember if that's more recent than zendikar or not, but there was tezzeret, agent of bolas. and the bolas part of that.
yes we're seeing him in Tarkir but it's pretty far in the past.

Nicol Bolas's last known whereabouts was M13 as Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker, duh.
In all seriousness, he is probably still at the Pools of Becoming to further construct and enact his plans. He hasn't taken any direct action in the present in a while, he just keeps sending emissaries like Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas to observe the happenings in the world in the wake of the Eldrazi and Phyrexian threat. No one knows what his endgame is.

his endgame is to get more power, to put it broadly. how he wants to do that is what no one knows.

Nicol bolas is on his own plane that he conquered. Ugin is good. He helped trapped the eldrazi

Oh he'll make an appearance soon. Sarkhan is essentially betraying him and Ugin will be returning soon. All that makes for a very angry elder dragon in the near future. But yeah no one knows he's probably jumping planes searching for some other source of power on his wild goose chase.
