Is there a name for decks that are both control AND burn? (ex. UR)

UR is necessarily control and burn but a UR deck with burn and counterspells is either Tempo or Counterburn. If it has things like Delver of Secrets Flip then it is Tempo but if it has Lava Spike then it is burn.

lordoftheshadows, what if it's an EDH deck and has room for both?

Alright here is a longer explanation of the differences between the two.
Counterburn is a control deck that uses burn to control the board and to kill their opponents and use counterspells to deal with threats that cannot be dealt with by burn spells.
Tempo decks are decks that seek to land a threat then protect it with counterspells and burn. Their goal is to use hyper efficient threats to kill their opponent before they can do anything. Remand is a tempo card. It allows you to time walk your opponent and hit them again. The goal of a tempo deck is to prevent your opponent from resolving something until you kill them.

lordoftheshadows, thanks. I guess I'm more interested in counterburn. The reason I was wondering if they had a name is because I was looking at mtgtop8.com to see if I could find any examples of successful counterburn decks in recent(ish) EDH and Modern tourneys. But they didn't have a Counterburn category, so I thought maybe there was another "official" name for it, like Boros or Tron or something, for example. I don't suppose you know of any good deck examples that I could model mine after, do you? I'm not looking for anything more than a couple hundred $'s total, though, so I might be barking up the wrong tree.
