They're currently sitting between 2-4 dollars on SCG. Is this worth buying as an investment (will the price go up)? Is this worth buying to bling out my decks (will the price go down)?

The Magic 8 Ball says, "Indubitably".

Basically, it depends. Zendikar full arts got pretty high until we got more full arts in Battle for Zendikar. Supply and demand, yadda yadda.

My Magc 8 ball says no.

We had amonket, zendikar, xclusive rebecca guay foil basics and more in the span of an year. People are kind of fed up on special basics.

For guidance, look at the previous unset prices for lands and multiply by two-thirds. That is my long term expectation.

Depending on your purpose and the price to acquire, theres a good chance you can make a modest profit, but youre probably better off using them to bling out decks. Ive collected 150 unhinged basics over the last several years, and although Im undoubtedly ahead on current value versus cost, the amount of profit possible isnt so large that Im really interested in trading or selling them, but they do look great in decks. If you could get them at a relatively bulk price (at or below base value), then Id say go for it, especially for islands and swamps.
