Do y'all think I should dump my expedition Sunken Hollow now, or should I wait? I don't know if the tangos will hold value.

If you want/need money now, I'd get rid of it. However I think that until tangolands have been explored a little more in Modern, it would be wise to hold onto it for a bit. Many people think that tangos have no place in Modern whatsoever, but if someone champions a deck that wins a Modern GP with nothing but tangos, fetches and basics then I think their value will increase dramatically. If you're willing to take a little risk (and come on, you got the shiny card at no extra cost to you, right?), I'd hold onto it until we see how much of an impact tangos will make in older formats.

I think it's too early to give you an exact answer. The tangos can be situationally better (never strictly better) in certain decks. Expeditions will also always hold significant long term value mainly because of collectors and commander players.
Personally I would hold onto any expedition, even if they're tangos. If you're concerned with the short term over the long term, dump it for cash or cards you will use.
