well Creeping Tar Pit as a 2-of puts you at 50 dollars already... are we suggesting budget replacements to the cards you have there?

Some things you can do to cut back on the cost is to cut back on the number of Living Death you run. Those aren't really necessary for your game plan, and just stack up too much cost. More advice is to drop blue entirely. While I see you are trying to get some synergy with sacrificing Seat of the Synod to Phyrexian Negator to get some triggers off Disciple of the Vault, even spells like Murder or Abrupt Decay will be your worst nightmare. Replace blue with more removal to make sure your Negator hits, and add some more black aggro. Maybe a few warriors to make sure you don't die if you don't draw Phyrexian Negator.
