Abzan Deck advice

I'm just getting back into magic after taking a break after Theros. I like the Abzan colors and noticed many Abzan decks out there. I'm trying to make an Abzan deck, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Siege Rhino plus Gift of Immortality not unstopable but a real pain in the arse combo if you going down that route

Cut Abzan Ascendancy for Siege Rhino . I think Pridemate is pretty gimmicky, so I'd cut that for Siege Rhino . Finally, the Garruk and End Hostilities seem out of place, so I'd cut them for Siege Rhino s.
Always be rhinoing.
