Urza, Hand of Yawgmoth

Custom Cards forum

I just finished reading the novel for Planeshift and began the novel for Apocalypse, and I was surprised when Urza abandoned his plan to destroy Phyrexia and declared his allegiance to Yawgmoth, so I have decided to make a card of him after his betrayal, as seen, here:

Urza, Hand of Yawgmoth Show

His first ability produces the same token that the first ability of Urza, Lord High Artificer produces. Thus far, no planeswalker yet has the ability to proliferate, so his second ability does that, and it costs 0 loyalty, because it shall put a counter on him via proliferation, similar to how the first ability of Chandra, Acolyte of Flame costs 0 loyalty. His third ability can bring any permanent from his controller's library to the battlefield, because Urza was very powerful and adept at finding solutions to problems. His final ability is similar to that possessed by several incarnations of Tezzeret, but much more powerful, because he is Urza.

What does everyone else say about this card? How well did I design it?

I think if you got rid of the plus one itd be ok. That plus is a minus 2 on karn from dominaria

TypicalTimmy i think you made a smal mistake. Cuz his "ult" reads +8 right now. Change that to a -8 and i think he would be ok for the game.

TypicalTimmy, that is a very awesome design, but I do agree with saluma; the final ability should be a - ability, not a + ability.

TypicalTimmy, or, they could actually take the time to properly playtest the cards, to avoid the need for emergency bans.

I was just joking about 'the more busted a card is the higher the demand so more products with that card will be sold, or to a higher price' fenomenom xD
