My main issue right now is that the three M10 duals are not in my two main colors (blue and green) so I think that there may be better land solutions. This is a budget deck so I cant use any land over 20 dollars.

I meant as in the Dragonskull summit, rootbound crag, and sunpetal grove. I feel like they are unnecessary and should be replace with a 5 color producing land for each of them.
I really like Spire of Industry, thanks for that suggestion!

Are you referring to Hinterland Harbor? Also, you have Yavimaya Coast which is good colour fixing. I also like Spire of Industry given that your commander is an artifact creature.
