Help to Get the Dredging Going Faster

A couple days ago i started a new EDH deck with The Mimeoplasm. I decided against infinite combos for the time being because they are unfun, and I want to try a less-mean route with Mimeo. It's more of a voltron build and functions very well once you get the ball rolling.
What I mainly need is suggestions to get my graveyard filled quickly because the deck has trouble early-game at setting up the graveyard.

I think the primary two are Altar of Dementia and Hedron Crab. The latter is better with fetches but 2 cards milled a turn isn't too shabby. :) I was also thinking maybe nyxweaver since it can recover cards from grace and does a similar thing.
I want a Mesmeric Orb so bad, it's super good at milling!

Perhaps add as many of the dedicated dredge cards as possible outside of the ones you already are using. The first that comes to mind is Life from the Loam

The obvious downside here is that some of these dredge cards have specific purposes they serve, so you would need to incorperate that into the build in order for some of these cards to make sense. For example with life from the loam, if you could build in a sub theme that expects cards to be in your graveyard because of all the self milling and dredging, it will make sense to put it in.

I would suggest mesmeric orb and alter of dementia. Hedron crab also works pretty well.
