Converting to a more competitive deck

So I have an EDH deck, Politics Schmolitics, which for a while I have not been improving with certain cards which I blacklisted, as I felt they would break my deck in terms of my playgroup. However, my LGS has made an anything goes EDH league (not including banned cards) so I decided to try to put these cards in. The cards are, in no particular order: Paradox Engine, Library of Leng and Dream Halls. Given I want to swap the deck between my pod and my LGS tournament, what cards should I change to accomodate my blacklisted cards?
