Took out Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and put a Riptide Chimera in its place. I have never drawn into the arbiter since I put him in this deck and I have never tutored for him either. It turned into a dead card. The chimera on the other hand goes right along with Eidolon of Rhetoric. You can cast all the cards you want by returning the eidolon to your hand every turn. Just recast it at the end of your turn.
