-3 Gutter Skulks, +3 Blood Scriveners. A much better two drop with extra card draw. Then -3 Sign in Blood for +3 Blood Reckoning for a much needed attack deterrent.

My only problem with those changes is it gets rid of one of my valuable card draw outlets, and changes the rat creature theme. I'm looking at this deck at mainly a theme perspective, as it is not competitive. I do appreciate your feedback, however.
