Those are great ideas. I have been running navigator for most of this decks life. I have only ever used him a few times. His CMC makes it hard to use sometimes. I just removed him a week ago. He may be back though. Testing some things out. I will look at the proposed decks. Thanks!

Sea Gate Oracle would have value in this deck
as would Riverwise Augur
and Deadeye Navigator would give you a copy of a creature you control for four mana.
This commander seems similar to Inalla, Archmage Ritualist in concept so you might want to look to some of her deck lists for inspiration.
