Saw an alt-cast deck try to pump out Chaotic Transformation on various trash tokens (bringing in Welcome to Sweettooth surprisingly). Wanted to play with the idea a bit.

To build around Chaotic Transformation, seems like you have to try to maximize tokens and minimize permanents that aren't top end payoff cards in each type. Welcome to Sweettooth makes a creature token and an artifact token as an enchantment. Charming Scoundrel can make an artifact token that helps ramp or an enchantment token. I think the only planeswalker token could be Ob Nixilis, the Adversary but I'm trying to keep this deck in two colors. Careful Cultivation can channel for a ramp-friendly creature token or can pitch in as an enchantment. Big Score can help dig while making tokens. Burn Down the House can help emergency sweep or make tokens. Mirrex can pitch in some tokens.

The most consistent payoff from the Transformation is exiling an artifact token and getting back a Portal to Phyrexia with no other artifacts in the deck. That might be the only thing about the deck that gives it a real chance to be decent.

The creature payoffs could be Etali, Primal Conqueror   or Titan of Industry. Maybe Incinerator of the Guilty or Trumpeting Carnosaur or Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth  . But the transformation could easily whiff with a Scoundrel.

Enchantment payoffs are weaker, with The World Spell or Virtue of Strength likely getting blocked out by the Sweettooth or the Cultivator.

As a longshot, for planeswalkers, there is the possibility of transforming a Wrenn and Realmbreaker into a Nissa, Ascended Animist.

This seems really janky, but the Transform-into-Portal play is very strong. Perhaps this combo really wants to move into a black splash for better cards like Ob Nixilis, Virtue of Persistence, Vein Ripper, Olivia, Crimson Bride, Rakdos, Patron of Chaos and so on.
